"Don’t buy any power equipment from this store they don’t stand behind their product. Bought a stihl chainsaw it wouldn’t start after sitting for about 2-3 months. Only cut 1 tree with it. Brought it in for warranty work. They blamed it on my gas. The same gas I put in my other 2 saws, 2 weed eaters, and leaf blower with no issues. They claim it’s not under warranty do to the gas. Stihl has a 2 year manufacturer warranty on motor failure. Took it to Ace Hardware and they are fixing it under warranty. So my Buisness will be going there from here forward. You try to spend money at the small stores instead of going to the box stores then get turned away after the sale. Way to stand behind your product. This makes 5 chainsaw ive bought at this store over the years but it will be the last."
