"Beautiful store. Large assortment of wire and wireless bras in smaller sizes for tween and teen girls. The smallest band size I saw was a 30. Most bra shops start at 34. Not really impressed with the teenage staff members. They spent most of their time behind the cashwrap, playing with magnets, chatting and poking phones. The only help we saw anyone get was unlocking dressing room doors ringing customers. We were never checked on in the store or dressing rooms. I was digging through the drawers and racks to find sizes and colors. I have read so many great reviews about the wonderful service. I expected more from the staff on such a slow week night. If you are shy or modest, this may be the kind of experience you are looking for. The products are wonderful, but I want more interest and action from sales associates."

"They are super helpful and understanding there. The clothes might be a little over priced but they feel like they are made of the down from angels wings. Right now they have these super soft oversized pull over sweat shirts that are so nice."

"Horrible experience last time around. Over the past yr the customer service experiences in this store have gotten worse, but this was just awful. I would recommend if you have a bra size of anything around DD, you go elsewhere. None in the drawers, none anywhere. I get tired of feeling like shopping is an ordeal because of my bra size. On top of that, NO ONE asked to help. I should not have to ask if they have my bra size in the back. Ridiculous. Also if a customer is looking puzzled because they can’t find their bra size, I shouldn’t have to ask for help, either. So I marched myself out of that store and will be going to Victoria’s Secret from now on."
