"We went to get some clothes a few weeks ago and while there their entire system went down. They offered to hold the clothes for us and we could come back when their computers were fixed. It took 4 days for this to happen and then they called and said if your not here by 6pm tonight we will put the clothes back on the rack. Funny how we waited on them but we didn’t even get a few days to figure out when we could come and get the clothes. I love the brand but the customer service is awful they weren’t even nice when I picked up the clothing that day. Now that I know my sizes I’ll probably order everything online. Love the brand but not the customer experience"
