We are on first name basis and we get calls or an email when something comes in that we like. Totally amazing team, store display and most of all they are an extended family!"

"I would leave a negative star if I could. I have shopped other Talbots Stores before & never had such a terrible experience as I had in this store! My husband & I walked in and the sales clerk asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We said not really just browsing. She looked at my husband & gave him a dirty look. She turned & walked a few feet & turned around and gave him another dirty look. She did this 3 times. I told my husband she obviously had a problem with him but didn't know why as we had just entered the store. (My husband is a nice looking man & was dressed appropriately.) As we reached the back of the store this clerk walked out with a manager & pointed at my husband & the manager said "oh, I can see that now". Really??? What could you see?? Then the manager asked the same question as the clerk did & processed to follow us around the entire store. I finally told my husband we needed to leave because we obviously were not welcome in that store. I don't know who they "thought" we were but we were visiting from another state & this experience, in this store, put a big damper on the rest of our day. These 2 women were totally unprofessional in my opinion. Use caution when shopping at this store!!"
