"Terrible customer service the place is basically run by a bunch of 16 year olds who just sit and gossip. It's also very disorganized, whenever you go up to the register all you see is a bunch of piles of unfolded clothes."

"i wish i could give this place 0 stars. i wanted to try on clothes so i asked a guy if he worked there. he just stared at me. about 10 seconds later he nodded his head and opened a dressing room for me. he said i could only bring half of my selections in so i left a pile of my clothes on the rack. when i came out to try on the second half of my pile, i found that they were GONE. SOMEONE PUT MY CLOTHES UP. the people that work here are completely incompetent. i think the hiring manager went out of their way to hire the dumbest people they could find. the store was an absolute wreck too. never coming back."

"If I could give o stars I would. Web page says this store opens at 11:00 am drove thirty five miles to pick up an article of clothing and still not open at 11:45. Several customers standing outside door to return products POORLY RUN"

"Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. The worst part was the unprofessional manager. She is the last person that should be leading employees. Everything about her is the opposite of leadership. The employees are following suit. I would never recommend this PacSun to anyone."

"My daughter tried to return something she bought online at the store and when her card didn't work they bullied her into taking a merchandise credit which she didn't want. I am now having to address this with online customer service to get her money back. They are not customer friendly and are one of the few retailers who make it incredibly difficult to return items."
