"I wanted to try this place because they had good reviews and I thought they had a buffet. There was no buffet, you order off of the menu. Not being familiar with everything on the menu, I tried asking questions about certain items, but there seemed to be a lack of communication between me and my waitress. It would be nice if they had someone there, that can understand and speak English. I took a star off for that. I got a happy box, or whatever it's called, and didn't realize it came with sushi. I tried it, but didn't like it. Everything else was good and the place seemed to be pretty clean."

"We happened upon China 1 while on a trip in Sevierville. This is a nice place. They have decorated the restaurant in an oriental theme, not skimping on the look. Even the ceiling has a nice design. The service is wonderful. There were three women working as servers. All were polite, clean, upbeat, and accommodating. The food was served quickly and in courses This gave us time to eat each course before the next course arrived. The lunch portions of food were large and delicious!"

"Amazing, fresh food! Inside dining is cute and clean. Service is great and attentive. Their menu has a little bit of everything: traditional Chinese take-out style meals, hibachi meals, and even sushi! I recommend the Happy Meals. Comes with choice of entree, fried rice, crab Rangoon, egg roll and California maki roll. YUM! And prices are great, too."
