Papa Johns Pizza

"Ordered delivery on a Thursday night at 630 to the Wilderness Smokies. Asked for the order to arrive at 830. It arrived at 9 so that was a bit of a bummer However, when we did finally get the pizza, it was amazing! We got the special, the stuffed crust. It was the best pizza ever. We ordered extra sauce, cheese, and pepperoni and it was perfect-tons of everything we had asked for! Everyone in our group raved over it. So, although it was late getting to us, it was very delicious!"

"Called on New Year’s Day at 7pm. They ask if it was pick up or delivery. I said delivery and they said well I'm sorry, the store is temporarily closed. Call back in 15-20 minutes. I called back at 7:40pm and was asked pickup or delivery and again I said delivery and was told that the store was temporarily closed and to call back in 30 minutes. What’s going on Papa John’s"

"If you have to wait 50 to 60 minutes for delivery, the pizza and wings you’re delivering 1.5 miles shouldn’t be cold!!!!! I have delivered HOT food in a shorter amount of time @ longer mileage for DoorDash. Very disappointed. And yes I tipped $10."

"Papa johns is now at the bottom of my list for pizza! It used to be at the top! The sauce is super sweet and the crust is doughy tasting even though it is thoroughly cooked! I added 2 extra garlic butter sauces and didn't get them even through I paid extra you used to get them for free with your order! If you're going to charge extra put them in the order! The taste and quality of the pizza had really went down hill! Won't be going back to this particular papa johns! Disappointed!"
