"Walked in, the man that was working behind the counter saw us and immediately got mad. Slammed his stuff down to wash his hands. I said hello to him and he ignored me. I’m assuming he was angry that he had customers? I told him we would leave if he was that bothered. He just rolled his eyes at us. GREAT SERVICE."

"Updating to 5 stars. Returned to location and the issue below has been corrected. I used to eat at this location every single day; no exaggeration. Every day. It was EXCELLENT! The new store manager and sandwich artists must be so concerned with food costs that they give about half the amount of protein and veggies that should be on a wrap. I can't speak for subs, but the wraps are an absolute joke now. There is more of the "wrap" in each bite than anything. Even lettuce and spinach is placed sparingly. So if you love bread sandwiches, use this location. Otherwise, I would keep on driving. Highly recommend all Gatlinburg locations."
