"This DQ includes some of the kindest servers. Thanks to all. You are awesome with my service dog, Angelo. Keep up the fabulous job!!! Drj"
"Ordered a banana split. Didn't get the 3 hills of ice cream. Instead I got a melted amount that was barely the amount of a small cone. I could tip the container and it moved like liquid. Friends blizzard wasn't blended. All of the strawberries where sitting on the top about an inch before you hit the ice cream."
"Revised, I would strongly advise anyone reading this not to eat at this establishment. As you can see by the original post it has been some time. Finally after a month of trying to locate a number to speak to someone regarding serving uncooked food to the public was looking for a live body. Was told someone would get back to me. Obviously no one ever did. Serving uncooked food to the public is a health code violation (everyone knows this) I can only assume this company does not care, I did speak to the store they are unable to assist. The original number their own store gave was disconnected. When questioned if anyone checks reviews the answer ???? Know one knows. Obviously they do not have a concern selling raw food to customers. Not looking for anything, just wanted an assurance that someone will properly train staff regarding service and being compliant with health code regulations. Ordered 2 choc milk shakes 1 med Fri and a chili dog. Waiting in drive thru got to window was told to pull over they would "run" it out. Waited 8 min ( more like a slow crawl) received Luke warm chili on a ice cold hot dog. My guess is the chili was Luke warm because it had to thaw the frozen hot dog. There was maybe a dozen fries in the medium Fri and the milk shakes had to be eaten with a spoon (another words ice cream) After waiting 8 minutes for a frozen chili dog I wonder 1) how they can be considered "fast" food and 2) Given that the food was uneatable I think they should stop trying to sell anything other than Ice cream (as that is what they are known for). If they are unable to produce milk shakes and the grill obviously does not produce hot food, lord knows it wasn't even Luke warm food, perhaps they can sell ice cream. We did get a refund on the $4.00 cold dog. Outrageous. Our mistake won't go back."
"Nothing like a good old Blizzard on a sunny fall day."
"The food quality is literally the best in the area for fast food burgers. The servers are seriously great, as well. The food comes prepared like it looks in their pictures. I wish I could remember the names of the people that served me here, because I would definitely mention them for their excellent service."
