"I don't know what's going on here lately. We order from this restaurant once or twice a week and we're starting to experience issues that are going to have us looking elsewhere. One week our tenders weren't shaken in sauce and no side of sauce was given because they were out. Someone in the kitchen let that order leave with nothing on it. I was told when I called that someone should've called to let us know. I'll give them credit that time and say they went above and beyond to rectify that issue the next time we got food from them. Today the order shows up without the sauce on the tenders again and missing an item. I called the store and the option was to call the delivery app for the refund. I appreciate it, truly. But we wanted the item. If we can't count on the store to provide the one thing that keeps us coming back then we won't continue to come back. I'm sorry, I really am but if this is how delivery from this restaurant is going to go from now on then we'll simply take our business and $100.00 order a week back to who we used to order from. Another note on the tenders today. They are small. So small I can fit two or three in my hand. A small qualm I have is the packaging and delivery of the fries. They get delivered in paper bags which get positively DRENCHED in grease. The fries stick to the inside of the bag and the grease gets all over everything else in the bag. We used to look forward to the place and now it's beginning to reach a point where we're nervous about what's going to be wrong with the order or missing. We try to support local but the order needs to be correct for us to continue to do so. This isn't the Craven Wings that we've been ordering from for the past few months. Please watch the orders going out of your store or you'll lose business, if you haven't already."

"Best wings and best service around. We stopped on our way home from Sevierville one time and fell in love. We live 35 minutes away but when we are driving this direction it’s the only place we stop. I had the Buffalo chicken dip for the first time this trip and I’m even more in love."

"I just want to personally thank you for single handily cleaning out my intestines. I really needed to lose that five pounds anyways. Came in for lunch with our family of five. Paid $70.00 not counting tip for just an all around terrible experience. I didn’t want to stay when we walked in but the fam was like their food is so good. Well that has yet to be proven and won’t be cause I will not return. Which I know y’all don’t care and I’m just another one of those complaining but honestly this was terrible. First round of wings came out and were cold, not just a little cold but terribly cold. I ordered a salad cause I just wasn’t feeling the wings. Chicken on the salad was ice cold, lettuce was brown on the bottom and the tomatoes were bad. The second round of their wings were better but came with the server telling us that the reason the food was messed up is that the cooks were just beyond frustrated with their day and that they just genuinely didn’t want to cook anymore. I then decided I wouldn’t even bother sending my salad back to be remade since mine was last to come out. I really hope that $70 bucks helps someone cause I really hate to have it wasted for nothing but an colon cleanser."
