McDonald's

"Monday, January 29, 2024. My husband picked up McDonald's for us at about 7:45 am this morning and brought it home. There was a bit of a wait time because of fresh coffee being made. Not! As it turns out, the pancakes were hard and cold, sausage, and coffee were cold. The hash brown was left out. When I threw everything out, inside the bottom of the coffee cup was covered in coffee grounds. I'm a senior. If I knew how to upload the picture, I would just show how disgusting it was. I don't know who owns this place or who the manager is, but you need to make some big changes. Employees need to shower, brush their hair, and at least wear clean clothes. Customers need to be given a receipt automatically so they can return nasty food like this. What a waste of money. You may want to send your managers and employees to Chick-fil-A to learn how to treat customers, serve better and clean food, and improve body-hygiene. And this is not sarcasm. It's the truth."

"the customer service was so rude, and they wouldn't close their mouths while talking. when I asked for my sandwich fresh politely, they gave it back to me reheated. the rest of the food was horrible, and when I went back to explain to the manager that my food was stale and cold, he just stared at me and was incredibly rude. when I finally got my food fresh and good, he shouted out 'your foods done!' instead of calling out my order name or just simply coming up to me. also, when I gave them the bag of the horrible food, he took it and brought it back with him. I didn't see him throw it away, even though the trash can was right there."

"This place is absolutely absurd the way that they do their orders if your doordash you're absolutely first before the drive-thru before pick up in store 15 minutes to wait for four biscuits and gravy meals that one of them was not a complete meal two hash browns were missed and one of the drinks also the biscuits were burnt there was hardly any gravy on the biscuit it was all way too salty ask for the money back they said it was going to be a minute until they can clear out the store won't be back"

"Drive thru lady taken orders should really reevaluate her attitude & how she responds to customers through her headsets. I have worked fast food and the way she took my order made me not even want to get food from there while she was sitting down take orders. I worked so many fast food places never been able to sit down in a chair and take orders."

"Took my son for dinner after we got done at Publix last night. We ordered his food and ours and it came out super fast! It was also fresh and hot! The staff was also nice."
