"Called the store to get a quote on Andersen windows and doors. Had been quoted $48K by another vendor and wanted to see what these folks could do. The initial person I spoke with did not answer the phone but did call back several hours later. I was given the name and number of a man that works at this store who would come out and measure. I called his number two days in a row and left a voicemail requesting a call back. I never received the courtesy of a call back from him. I finally called the first lady I spoke with at the store and asked for help on this. When she called me back she stated the gentleman who does the measuring was just behind schedule and would be calling me back. I decided not to do business with these folks because everyone I spoke with seems to be just fine with not returning a phone call the same day. In my opinion not returning a phone call the same day is unprofessional and not returning a phone call after four business days is pathetic."
