"I’ve done business with Duncan’s since 1985 or 86 . They’ve always treated me well and helped if they could . The “ Shining Star “ in my opinion is the gunsmith “ Charles “ . He’s always fixed and upgraded my guns with top notch quality . I like talking guns with him because of his knowledge about them . I feel confident in asking him questions and even for his advice or opinion on certain guns I’m interested in . He just put a set of TruGlo night sights on for me and did great !"

"Great gun shop. Well stocked with guns, ammunition and accessories. They also keep a good verity in stock. They have a good 50 yard indoor rifle range that I used to sight in one of my personal guns. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Prices are a little high on some items but that Is likely due to availability."

"I am very disappointed in my recent purchase of the winkler knife. I was trying to find a nice gift for my friend who just completed his short film. So I thought a great gift would be a axe with the title of the film engraved. Unfortunately the stain on the handle looks horrible. The pic that was sent from a rep at Duncan’s doesn’t look as bad as it does in person. For 500 bucks I’m very disappointed. *After speaking to Taylor from Duncan’s The sheath is the problem in this situation. The material that is used dries up the wood handle within a week. I was told to add some oil to the handle to regain the color to the top of the handle. Still not happy with the craftsmanship here. The sheath causes this much color discoloration after being stored for a few days. Duncan’s way to rectify the situation was just to add oil to the handle. Honestly my opinion Duncan’s only concern was me removing this review from the page. Which I was asked to do over the phone within the first minute on the phone. My review stands at one star. Also there was no mention of the black spot that also developed mid handle after the picture I received over txt. I guess it’s the way it was shipped bc the sheath doesn’t make contact with that location. Take a look at the picture that was sent to me(the one with the hand) vs the photos I supplied with the Winkler stickers."

"Very kind and knowledgeable staff. The 30 minutes I was in there, I think 4 people asked if I was being taken care of or if they could help me find something but it wasn’t overbearing or annoying. The display they put on for Mothers Day was exceptional and reasonably priced. I’m very happy with my purchase and recommend to ANYONE in the area or passing by to check it out! Also, pics of Juanita for attention. :)"
