"When the 1st serving came out, the boneless chicken was cold, my sweet tea barely had ice; so it was hot!! My waiter seemed distracted by having too many tables to attend to. We had to get refills from whichever waitress passed by our table! The second selections were hotter, but the shrimp had no flavor! Her riblets were good, but Her chicken came out semi-cold also!"

"We have been to Apple Bee’s on Ramsey about 4 times and each time it was disappointing to say the least. We got gift cards and decided to get takeout since we had the cards. I literally called after submitting my order to verify my order to prevent any problems and a manager read and verified my order with me. My husband parked in car side togo. After checking in 10 mins after the time they said our food would be done my husband waited for over 15 mins when I told him to just go inside. He got our food and immediately noticed the juice box for our sons kids meal wasn't there and had to go back in for it. We got home and of course his french fries were not there either. Our steamed broccoli were in soggy little baggies and his STEAK WAS LITERALLY RAW. Disgusted and disappointed is an understatement. We will absolutely never be back to this unsatisfactory establishment."

"1st time going to Applebees since returning to America, we saw the reviews on service but I wanted the wontons and my brownie. Service was not so great, everyone seemed confused about who was serving who, where to sit us, and who was doing the hosting at the front, so we had bit of a wait when we sat down and some people got served before we did that sat down after us in the same area but they apologized and the food was delicious! We sat outside. This was my first time trying this sandwich but it was very good. The chicken wontons were just as good as I remember 3 yrs ago, cooked perfectly and so was the blondie. I'd go back to give them another try because no one rude just seemed confused lol and the food was good!"
