"Service was horrible on this day. Orders were back up, and everyone who went through the drive-through was told to pull up, and they would bring the food out. Well, I pulled up at 7:39, 8:05 came, and still nothing. Myself and other customers would have just been waiting if we didn't go inside. Went inside, and our orders still weren't ready. Finally got mines and had missing items, cold fries. This place was a hot mess. Staff and management need to be trained again smh"

"Date 12/18/23 We came through the drive thru around 9:15pm, only about 4 cars in front of us. Took us 15 minutes to get to the speaker, waited there about 5 minutes before spoken to, lady was a bit rude but we brushed it off. Everything was correct on the screen, we waited another 15 minutes to get to the window. Pulled out an realized we didn’t have our sauces or fries, we attempted to go inside around 9:50ish and the door was locked. We went through the drive thru and once again the lady that helped us was rude. We then waited another 20 minutes to get to the window and spoke to man about the problem he brought out our fries, but the wrong sauces. We would’ve been fine if it wasn’t for the 4-5 people just standing with their arms crossed and goofing around seemingly doing nothing. The food was cold and extremely greasy other than our fries, seemed as if it was sitting out for a while.This was by far the worst experience we’ve had at this location."

"Waited for 15 minutes in the drive through to get to the screen to order, they got my order wrong on the screen (my fault, it’s whatever) then wait another 10 to get too the window. Then I waited another 20 at the window and they kept coming back and asking what I ordered. When I was pulling off we realized they forgot a third of the order (super simple order) and had to pull around and go inside anyway. The whole time we were watching probably 5 employees just goofing off inside. They should just throw the whole night crew away and close the location after 8pm"

"They pulled us in the drive-thru because they had to change the Dr pepper, we ended up waiting for over 10 minutes for that Dr. Pepper after being pulled up which never came. I Worked in fast food and I know it doesn't take 5 minutes to change out the syrup for a soda. They forgot about us and that's just what it is. Do not listen to them if they ask to pull you."

"Arrived with my pregnant wife that had a craving for a quarter pound and we got 3 of them. We’ll let just say went home and I started eating and noticed my burger looked uncooked. As well was my wife’s burger as well. All three burgers was not cooked. My wife called 5 times and no response from them when called. I called 4 times got the same as well. Drove back to the McDonald’s at the drive thru now this is driving from Raeford to Fayetteville so now that crazy I got to do it twice. Well let’s just say I asked for the manager and showed her what I had to eat. She apologized for it and said that they just switched shifts and they will replace or give me my money back but I gave them a chance since this was a new shift. The lady at the window asked if I was getting my money back but no I won’ted to give their shift a chance as well. Let just say should have took that as a red flag there. We’ll let just say drove back home and let just say it was the same way. Like really 2 shifts and the same stuff. Just hope me or my wife doesn’t get food poisoning from this food. 8-26-23 day of purchase"
