"Worse experience I’ve ever had at a Tropical Smoothie. Ordered $100 worth of food & smoothies and only received the smoothies. Called the store and spoke to the manager Moreanna Jones, and was told she knew my food was not sent and that I would have to place the order AGAIN to have my food delivered or she would refund my money later in the day. She was incredibly rude, spoke over me and had zero apology for the mistake made. Was nonchalant about the inconvenience and refused to give any contact information for the district manager nor the owner of the establishment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION."

"This is one of my favorite places to go!!! Everything is nice and clean and made fresh. However, if you go on the weekend they do have a problem with opening on time. We sat in the car and waited 10-15 minutes waiting for them to open the doors. Only one person was there on time but did not open doors until other person showed up. They do great service but they don’t seem to be managed well as far as opening times and being prepared for customers. For example, when they open the door they are still assembling equipment which makes the wait time longer."

"Alexandria (shift manager) was professional and friendly. Greeted me at the front door. My order was wrong but she went out of her way to ensure I was taken care. Huge thanks for your assistance and customer service!!!"

"I ordered a Caribbean jerk chicken wrap minus the chicken and found a bread tie in my food instead. So nasty and unsanitary. Manager said she was refunding my money and never did! The health department needs to visit this location immediately!! If I could give it 0 stars I would."

"I’ve been here a few times now and it’s okay. One girl always burst out the minute you walk in and says, are you ready to order. Mostly we do the online order and they’re working on it. The smoothie’s are really good."
