"Pharmacy customer service is horrible. Nothing is ready on time. Family member had already been told earlier in the day it would be ready at a specific time and it wasn't, so this was the second attempt, my first. On my arrival there was a line. After waiting in line roughly 15 to 20 minutes. Picking up three medications only to received two. Was told multiple times the Doctor's Office only called in two, only after holding up the line and forcing them to check was it revealed that there was indeed three medications called in, but one had to be ordered because they were out of stock. No apology for the misunderstanding just more negative attitude. If you can use another pharmacy please do."
"Always helpful. Needed a script once and they were out of the medication I needed. Druggist called other store in town transfered the script and I was able to drive the ten minutes to pick it up."
