"For a new location everything is poorly managed. Whoever is the manger needs to do a better job at hiring people. Nobody never answers the phone. The kitchen is filled with teenagers. The food is mediocre the service is mediocre. It’s a hard NO for me."

"Absolutely horrible, will not order from them again. I would rather drive to skibo then waste my time and money there again. I placed an order through the app for delivery at 7:05pm. I hadn’t received the order by 8:50 though the time given was 7:52 so I went to the restaurant. I was told once I got there that there were still 2 tickets ahead of mine so I asked for the order to be cancelled. I was told it would be cancelled, my name was written down and I left. I picked up food from somewhere else and went home. When I got home I received a message saying that my order had been delivered. I checked and it was on the ground outside my house. I specifically asked prior to the order even being made for the order to be cancelled and I still received the order an hour later. I will be returning the food in the morning to the restaurant once they open because I’m pregnant and tried to avoid going out at all this late but will not be going back tonight."

"Went in and placed an order. After waiting over 30 minutes, was told that they have had over 280 orders and half their staff walked out. Waited over 2 hours for food. Finally got it, walked out the door and realized they didn’t even give more than half of my order. Go back inside, only to figure out that they didn’t even take my order correctly in the first place. Said that we would have to wait longer for what we needed. At least 30 people were inside waiting on their orders as well. Now, I can say that they did keep apologizing for the wait time. They apologized for the misunderstanding of the order and not getting it correctly. But when asked before even receiving the order if I could just cancel and get a refund, they responded with, they can take my name down and it will then take at least 48 hours for the refund to be done. So if you or someone you know are needing a job, they are hiring. But until they get fully staffed, trained, and I see better reviews on their wait time and service, we will be making the drive to the wing stop on Skibo Rd and getting in and out in a timely manner."

"I normally try to avoid posting negative reviews, however, this location requires one. My daughter and I have been in there twice, trying to be understanding with our first visit because they just opened and having to wait 45 minutes for our food, we decided to try it a second time. Again, another 45 minute wait to only find out that a whole meal was missing. Yes, we should have checked the bag before we left, however, there is nowhere to sit down, and with a lobby full of people standing it makes it hard. We then went back up to get our missing meal, and the one girl up at the register was extremely rude, did not talk to us at all when we let her know, that food was missing. The bag was full of grease from the sauces opening as well as the wings being open, and fries all over the bottom of the bag. While they were cooking, the order that was missed, we asked if we could have new fries because of the other ones being cold , and we were told no. We were then given the missing wings, but had I not questioned my fries that went with the meal, they would not have provided those to me. Our first experience of Wingstop was out on Skibo Road, and it was amazing and got very excited when the one on Hope Mills Road opened, but at this point, we may not be back due to the employees and the extended wait for food. Management definitely needs to re-think how to effectively operate the location."

"if u are someone who doesn’t like waiting 40 minutes for cold food i would recommend not buying into the hype of wing stop at least this location. I went in and asked if they could remake my food so it was warmer than what it was. They were fine with it except the girl cooking the fries. My chicken was warmer than my fries at least. But too many people waiting upset, made me know how it was gonna be before even trying it. Idk i wouldn’t waste the money."
