Subway

"While we waited several minutes to be greeted we noticed it was extremely hot inside restaurant. When we were finally greeted we were told the credit card machine was not working. I ordered a footlong meatball sub but was told they had no meatballs. It wasn’t late it was 4:30pm. When I cashed out I was told they do not take coupons so that was another inconvenience but I was especially disappointed when I got home and tasted my sub. I opened my footlong chicken and it was not cut in half whi doesnt cut it, and the bread was toasted but my chicken was ice cold. I also got a pretzel and it was over cooked and hard so we couldnt even enjoy that. Terrible experience but the worker was friendly and polite."

"We just came here, it is 10pm and they are closed. The sign on the door says they close everyday at 11pm, Google says they close at 11pm but the worker said that he closes at 10."

"Came in to order a footlong sub and the 2 young adults young girl and young man had a very disrespectful and rude and the young girl had a very nasty mouth using curse words when I ask what size drink came with the meal and she said umm no the company changed the menu and we have to charge individually for footlong and drink and bag of chips she was very disrespectful. I will never come back to this subway. I am a very polite person and I was treated very disrespected and was very disappointed in the way I was treated...."

"So far every time I’ve ordered online from here to pick up my sandwich Is made wrong. My husbands sandwich bread wasn’t even cooked and my wrap was just made like a taco"

"My mom went into this subway to get sandwich, she read off her list of what she wanted and on my sandwich and my husband's the only thing on there was the meat and cheese. We didn't have any lettuce or anything that my mom asked for. When I called them up they said they put exactly what she read off the list, I told them no you didn't because we didn't get anything on but meat and cheese. Will never go to this location again. I had to ask if it was subway when they answered the phone, because they did not identify the name of the business. This is on N Main St in Hope Mills"
