"Every time I go I seem to have issues with this one in Hopemills. Wanted NO pickles, got pickles lol. Even the sticker said no pickles. Also got a club with no cheese or bacon. All in the same order. Hopemills McDonald’s has been more on point than this place. Raeford rd is definitely top notch with their orders."
"I have been battling cancer, and I decided to take my daughter to breakfast at IHop to bond and celebrate me being in remission. She didn't want breakfast, so she ordered lunch. She asked for Nashville Hot Sauce for her chicken tenders. The sauce came on the side, so she poured to over her tenders. She said it had a weird taste. So I tried it and it was weird. It tasted like bad oil. Ugh. We mentioned it to our server, and she said she would be back. She didn't return. We asked another server for the manager. She came, and we explained it has a weird taste, and it could be a bad batch. She took the plate and said she would remake the tenders. She returned a few minutes later and said that the GM said that they would have to charge me remake tenders. Trying to understand, I said, so you would charge me for the first tenders and the remake tenders. My daughter had not even eaten one tender from the plate. We immediately said no, thank you. As I sat there, I thought this couldn't be right. You took our plate (not that we wanted the food), but you want us to pay for it, so if we wanted to take it, we couldn't. I called iHop Customer Service. They asked me for my receipt number, and I didn't have it, so I called my server by name, she ignored me. When she returned to the table across from me, I called her name a second time. She ignored me again. I called her name her name a 3rd time and she made eye contact and turned and walked away. I asked the customer service person if he heard me trying to get the server's attention. He said yes and was noting this. We were able to obtain a copy of the receipt from another server. I have yet to hear back from anyone. Please know that I didn't raise my voice and kept my composure. We even left a nice tip for our server. I won't say the names but if the server reads this, I just want you to know that you made me cry. I felt so embarrassed that you ignored us. I left you a good tip because I wanted you to know that we were trying to get free food, we just wanted to enjoy the food we paid for. To the GM and franchise shame on you."
"This restaurant have the more nasty service they not make fries earlier because they said the new owner put the new rules other restaurant yes like lumberto Raleigh is nice and good customer service but this restaurant IS NOT CLEAN AND I SEE ONE THIS EMPLOYER PLAY TO THE FOOD AND SNATCH THE BOX IN THE FLOOR AND KIT REALLY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL THIS PLACE AND NASTY THE MANAGER LOOK LIKE SHE NOT TAKE SHOWER IN DAYS"
"I have never had an issue or bad experience at any chick fil a until today. The drinks and carrier were dripping soda and leaking everywhere in my car. I said something to the lady but she didn't respond or apologize or offer napkins. No one wiped off cups and the cardboard of the carrier was wet. The fries were not fresh and without salt. I asked for more fries with salt and they asked me if I asked for salt? I said don't your fries come with salt. No response a she walks away. She brings me packets of salt. I ask for a manager and he acts like I am bothering him with this issue when I explain the all that has happened with the drinks and the salt packets. I ask him can I get some hot fries with salt please because he wasn't going to offer. He didn't apologize or say have a nice day he just handed us the bag of fries and walked away seeming annoyed. I felt unappreciated as a customer. Then when we eat the sandwich the tomato on the deluxe was water, old, and little thin slices. Unacceptable for chick fil a quality in my experiences. Disappointing experience. Chick Fil A never has let me done in decades until today in Hope Mills NC"
"Nice dining experience at lunchtime. Ordering inside too a little longer than should have for the amount of people in line. Otherwise after ordering staff working the dining room section made frequent rounds checking if anything was needed like refills or sauces. Food came to the table pretty quickly. The only negative food wise was the grilled chicken sandwich. The bread was very crumbly like it was dry. Everything else was great though and the dining room was clean."
