"Is it could give a lower stat for I service absolutely would, The people taking the orders are barely able to understand basic English is seems, constantly asking me what I'm saying and what I mean when using names of items off if the menu, Constantly had messed up ny orderd and this was the final straw where after ordering online over 20 minutes later I come in to pick it up and they havent even began My order Im told yo gi wait outside for curbside pickup And then they never bring my food out so i sit out in the car fir another 30 minutes making it an hour before i get cold and soggy Pizza because they didnt want to walk outside i was parked litterly right outside infront of the doord"

"Normally Marcos is our go to. I understand that dinner time is busy, and especially around the holidays. However I placed an order about 7:50 with an estimated delivery time of 8:19. It’s now 9:27 and I have yet to get my food. When I called up to the store I was told my food was already out for delivery, which at this point was over half an hour ago. I worked in food service for over 10 years, I understand how it works. This is just simply unacceptable. UPDATE: after calling the store again, we were passed around to three different people just to be told they had to remake our order because it was old. It seems like they may be shorthanded at this location, which is a shame. At least our food is hot."

"The driver to delivered my food was very kind. The pizza was good, I got the cauliflower crust and a regular crusted pizza. The wings weren't good at all. They were soggy and fatty so I didn't get to enjoy much of them but ate what meat I could. I'd definitely go here again for the pizza and for the customer service."

"I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but my last two orders were a disaster. Last week my pizza was delivered practically raw… so undercooked!! I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes for another one. This week my pizza looked like it slid all over someone’s back seat and it didn’t have barely any sauce!! I’ve decided this is the last straw. This has gotten ridiculous!! I’m so disappointed in Marcos it use to be our favorite pizza place."
