Moe's Southwest Grill 1016 Shoppes At Midway Drive, Knightdale, NC 27545

"I ordered delivery but I didn't receive an option to say no knock. I had a small child that was sleeping and a dog. So, I called. José I think the managers name was answered and was so kind. He couldn't help with the issue with delivering through the app but said that when the driver arrived he would call me to tell me that the order was on the way and also let the driver know not to knock. He even asked if I needed anything else. I told him that the app had less add on options than in store but I will be fine. When my order arrived, I met the driver at the door and he stated that he was told not to knock. I thanked him. When I opened my order not only was my order perfectly made and hot, but he had added a few different salsas and add ons that were not included as options on the app. This made my entire day! Thank you! And this man deserves a raise! Sometimes the small things make a big difference and Jose definitely recognized that. Will be ordering and going to this Moe's as long as José is managing. Also, this was my first time ordering or eating from this Moe's."

"This was my first visit to this restaurant. I found the food to be fresh and hot.I got a home wrecker bowl and the amount of food was unbelievable. I ate lunch and dinner on this portion. I'll go back. The food was great and service as well very reasonably prized."

"The wife said it was my turn to cook. My response was it was her turn. No one wanted to cook so on our way home, after a long day, we tried this place out. We walked in and immediately the staff was nice. Atmosphere was good. Looking at the menu I couldn't help but compare it to Chipotle. The wife had been to a Moe's long ago in Florida. This was my first time. I went with a wrap. First thing I noticed was the serving size for everything was smaller than expected but no worries. Again I couldn't help but compare this place to Chipotle. But on the plus side, they have some toppings that Chipotle doesn't have. After everything I can say it tasted okay. Nothing memorable but it was okay. The wife got a chicken bowl. She said it was okay as well. It was more spicy then expected. She also mentioned they weren't very generous with the toppings. The orders came with free tortilla chips which was nice. A little salt a they were a great addition."

"I go to Moe’s every Monday for the burrito deal. I frequent 4 different locations depending on where I am that day. This was my first time the Knightdale location. After waiting for 30 minutes the cashier told me I need the Moe’s app to be eligible for the Monday deal. I have never needed this at any other location. I offered to download the app but was told I need to have had it for at least 24 hours. Other negatives I noticed: 1. A slow moving line 2.The store was dark and dirty 3.The burrito was rolled poorly 4.The staff seemed very unhappy I will avoid this location moving forward."

"Typical Moe’s experience. There’s nothing too fancy here as it’s just another burrito joint with funny names like the “home wrecker.” The burrito includes guacamole so don’t forget to ask for it! The chips were pretty tasty but the salsas are mediocre. The best is definitely the mild salsa. The service was fast, servers were nice, and the restaurant is generally in good condition. If you need a quick bite to eat and don’t want to eviscerate your insides with the likes of other fast food joints, then this is a fine place to come."
