"This place is so terribly slow it’s simply astounding. If you receive your food in under 30 minutes after ordering, consider yourself lucky. Make sure to give yourself an at least two hours just to be safe."

"Came specifically for the play place. Sign says 3 and under. Several large older kids terrorizing the tiny ones and no staff stepping in to regulate the size children here. Sadly the way it’s organized there is no way to eat and watch your kids. The area is entirely enclosed and opaque glass walls. Kids are either left completely unattended or we have to eat sitting on the shoe bench."

"Great Cobb salad I don’t eat Chick-fil-A much. Definitely don’t dine in tonight was a first time. Nothing to do with the employees but I had a very off vibe about the people that were eating in here. Not sure what it was but I got a lot of stares with me and my kids like I said, I’ve never eaten inside of here before at this location, but I almost feel uncomfortable again nothing to do with the employees it was more about the crowd of people that were dining in"
