"Ordered a to go order at 4:10 and sitting down to eat at 5:15. Made the order wrong, no big deal. Went back and they made it wrong again a second time. When I took it back to be made a third time the two girls working laughed and joked about the situation."

"They messed up our order, was supposed to give us the cheese Italian bread on TWO orders .Our order was ready for a pick up at 1:21. It took them 30 plus mins to fix our order bc they started making the walk in orders of the ppl so the subs were cold and nasty no compensation for the order being wrong or the wait time. Honestly want those orders refunded bc that was unacceptable. If there wasn’t customers, I would’ve really told them how I felt."

"1- Food was alright 2- Soda fountain was disgusting: My Dr. Pepper tasted like seltzer. Never ever had something like that happen to me before. 3- According to my friend there was no toilet paper at the ladies' restroom. 4- The employee of that store was all alone and one of the customers was like 'you shouldn't be alone'- if he was the owner of that store he should be ashamed. He had so many online orders and people waiting for food, and that was the quality of my drink & everything else. Stay away from this location. I got a half sandwich that had pepperoni, ham, olives, jalapeños, and chipotle sauce with a drink for TEN DOLLARS. Rip off if I ever seen one."

"Today was my initial experience dining at this subway place, and I must say that the service was exceptional. The food was incredibly delicious, the employees were excessively kind and polite, and the restaurant was immaculately clean. Without a doubt, I will be returning to dine here in the very near future."

"Went to this subway location located at crossroads in Cary. Will say this location is a sleepy one. It needs to be remodeled to the one they are showing in the commercials. No fountain drink available all bottle drinks still and still short staffed with one worker doing all. Bought a tuna footlong with some buffalo sauce. The bread looked old and smaller scoops of tuna in the sandwich with tomatoes not fresh and the lettuce starting to go brown. Makes you wonder why the brand is on sale and doing very expensive promotion with all the sport celebs."
