"Food is ok. The drink machine is disgusting and needs a VERY thorough cleaning. Went early this morning when they opened and there is no reason that it shouldn’t be clean."

"When I order wings from here, they are good. No complaints. But the service is horrible. Maybe one person will speak to you, but the rest stay on their phones and won't acknowledge you. Depending on the time of day, the place can be dirty. Greasy floor, messy drink station area, dirty tables. If there is a manager, he or she needs to get everyone in check. Teach them about customer service and to come to work READY to work or go home. Do better people!"

"I’m unsure WHERE to start. As I arrive to the wingstop I notice the smell of cigarettes and the filthy floor. I don’t even want to know what the bathroom is like. I order my food and sit down to wait. It takes about 30 mins for my order to be finished. The customer service was good but the food took forever. I get my food and drive back home. When I take out my food I notice the fries. The consistency of the size and shape is terrible. There was a very small fry compared to a thick huge fry. They were also very unseasoned. The wings were mediocre and I have no idea why everyone says the ranch is amazing. It barely tastes different to ranch at home. Would I go back to this wingstop? Absolutely not. But maybe I could try a different one."

"The service started out a bit rocky but it came together by the time we finished ordering. The wait time was a bit crazy.. I think after ordering it took almost 20/25 mins to get our food, a total of 34 wings and a chicken sandwich. The food was good ( mild sauce is not spicy at all), the fries and ranch were really good. Overall not bad, we would return."
