"Wow! Capriottis, a sub shop with great vegan options. The impossible steak and cheese here is a game-changer, my daughter and I must not be the only ones enjoying it as they were out of the impossible meat. Wasn’t too upset because the vegan turkey sandwiches were great too! The vibe in Capriottis is just as impressive as their food. The staff is always great and professional when I visit. On my fourth trip, I even had a cool interaction with the owner, a down-to-earth guy whom I had an enjoyable conversation with. Basically, Capriottis is a must-try. It's not just about their vegan options; it's everything – great food, great people. My family and I are hooked, and I'm sure you will be too. - David"

"Make no mistake, the food is BOMB. The service unfortunately, is hit or miss. I've ordered from the Cary location at least half a dozen times; large work office order and other times with my family. If one of the more seasoned managers are present, operations run smoother and if the kitchen gets backed up on orders, the managers do their best to keep the customer happy. However, I've observed in the managers absence, customer service IS NOT a priority, wait time is excessive, and food is prepared in a way that leaves me unimpressed. But when it's good, it's GOOD."

"We visited this place Sunday 12:45pm for lunch. Place is small, cramped. They got seating outside but with weather cold, everyone was inside. They have possibly 3 tables for group of 4, rest of the tables are for 2 people max. Paid at the counter at 12:50pm. Sandwiches did not arrive until 1:35pm. Saw same situation for 2 or 3 other customers, people were waiting for long time to get their order. When we received sandwiches, they were soggy, wet. God knows why they delayed our order, looked as if the sandwiches sat for a while they handed to us. Those were the worst sandwiches I have seen in a while. We visited the place first time and our experience was absolutely awful. Lady at the billing counter was nice enough to accept that there was an issue. She offered us a refund but we choose not take refund (don't like to eat food for free). I had ordered a grilled Italian which lacked meat, sandwich was just poorly made. My kids too complained about their sandwiches lacking taste and filling. BTW, they waste a lot of paper. 6 inch sandwich was wrapped in a 2 ft x 2 ft paper. Will not come to this location again."
