"The service is going to the bar and ordering what you want. They don't come to the table. But otherwise, it is a great place to hang out and meet people and watch games. Lots of options to participate in activities, too like pool, ping ping, corn hole, and darts."

"I had a disappointing experience at Upper Deck due to a mishandled wing order. Despite reasonable drink prices and a pleasant atmosphere, the 25-minute wait for boneless wings resulted in being served bone-in wings instead. I promptly informed the staff about the mistake and expressed our willingness to settle for the bone-in wings since we were hungry. However, they refused to honor the boneless wings price. It took an additional 20 minutes to receive the correct order. While the drinks and atmosphere were enjoyable, the frustration and lack of attention to detail left me disappointed. Improvement in handling mistakes and addressing customer concerns is needed. Edit: I've been many times since and had a great experience. It was just that one blonde waitress who made a mistake."

"Had great fun, went in with a gang of friends and were enjoyed with darts, ping-pong and pool. The food is delicious and its not too crowded for an weekend. It has late night menu which was great and pretty decent pricing."

Lots of TVs, outdoor seating, jukebox, and kitchen is open late. Older established crowd looking to have a fun night. Highly recommended, try an infused cherry!!"
