Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings 1021 North Harrison Avenue, Cary, NC 27513

"On 1/28 at 9:30PM I realized I was too late to order in the dining room, so i walked over to the drive thru and waited patiently as I had 3 hungry children at home . When it was my turn to order, I was ignored because I was on foot. I understand that it's a 'drive thru' but communication would've been sufficent, even if it was a " sorry m'am, cars only" INSTEAD I was mocked and humilated! The staff laughed hysterically as they served the car ahead of me, joking with the current customer and looking back at me shaking their head because they have never seen a mom who was willing to do whatever was needed to feed her children. I didn't served, but I did get embarressed! I honestly would've been okay if they told me they couldn't serve me instead of ignoring me and laughing at me with staff and customers."

"This location is very well managed. The staff is friendly. The food is served fast. The portions are ample. This is in reference to the evening shift. Has seemed consistent for quite a while."

"I requested no ice, but I instead got lots of ice. The employees here are either illiterate or maybe they just don't care. My guess is that it is probably a little of both. I thought this place was supposed to have great chicken, but the chicken sandwich was lousy, and the french fries were lukewarm at best. Truly disappointing. Had the sandwich been ok I might have been willing to give it a second chance. But, nope. Never again. Note to management: Please spare me and others your boilerplate response. Instead, try managing your restaurant with at least a modicum of professionalism."

"I feel obligated to share this experience. I have gone to this Zaxby’s two times and have had very bad experiences both times. I was (and am) a huge fan of the franchise and enjoy their food. However both times I have tried this location I have had my orders grossly incorrect. On my first trip I ordered a large fry and it was missed entirely. As well as no sauces (even though they were requested and normally expected with chicken fingers). Now on a second occasion I arrive and this time I do get my extra order of “large fries” but this is what it looked like. I was told this was indeed a large by the manager, and a “regular” fry was half of this amount. I will let you be the judge if this is a large fry or not….(AA battery for comparison) Take this into consideration when choosing where you want to spend your hard earned money."
