"One of the best burger place to go to! The shack burger was great with adding extra toppings I like. I really enjoyed the sunset lemonade, it was refreshing and sweet. The staff is great, helpful and polite. I enjoyed the restaurant atmosphere with the music playlist and watching the NBA basketball game on the big screen tv's."

"The employees here are fantastic! Everyone was so friendly. The cashiers helped me decide which special shake to try aaaaannd upsold me on the limited time spicy Korean BBQ fries (delish due to the seasoning and being crispy on the outside and soft on the inside). The two people who brought my food had smiles that brightened my day. (Seriously, a friendly face after a stressful day goes a long way, so being surrounded but such kind folks in addition to comfort food was very calming.) Even when it wasn’t busy, the employees were engaged in upkeep for the restaurant and food orders. The place was clean, service was fast, and everyone was lovely. You are doing a wonderful job. "First time! Bacon cheeseburger, grilled cheese and the BLT were so good!! We got tons of fries with 1 order so definitely can share. Place was very clean, bathrooms too! Was not a fan of their custard. Expensive, limited options and not as good as Goodberrys!"

"Always great, friendly and prompt customer service. Great work training all the, probably their first job, youngsters. In retrospect , I learned more about life from my first restaurant job than anywhere else. The patio is amazing. Especially when there’s something going on in the courtyard. Food was delicious. Restaurant was spotless, including the restrooms. And I’ll say it again. The service was flawless. Inviting, genuine and had great timing."
