"I can never with this place. Whenever I order the wrap, it never has ranch even when requested multiple of times but not paying for this???? Are yall serious???"

"Not a fast food burger fan EXCEPT for Wendy's Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, which is always good. This trip, they got the order wrong but fixed it with no issue."

"The manager at the window talked down to me. Waited 5 minutes behind a car at speaker. Got to speaker no one answered so drove around to window and asked if they were open. Got lectured about waiting at speaker til someone answered it. Told to get back in line, which is now long. This was my favorite Wendys. Told her I used to own some Wendys and I would call corporate. She said get back in line. I told her I would leave and never come back and she said have a good day. Now I am going to tell everyone I see dont ever eat at Wendys again."

"The fourth time they have got the got the one item of our order wrong… this seems to be a habit… we never usually bother complaining but we just ordered two items … one hot honey chicken sandwich and one double bacon cheeseburger and they have put a beef patty instead of the breaded chicken in the hot honey… we usually don’t want to waste time in a drive thru to check our order … but this is ridiculous… please reprimand your staff that is either very incompetent or downright horrible to do such a thing it’s the Wendy’s at the hyw64 lake pine around 8:45 pm"
