"I’d like to start off by saying that i don't usually write reviews, but i felt i had to write one for this restaurant, it was originally recommended to me by a friend. The food, the desserts and the service is outstanding, the staff is very polite and the restaurant is a hidden gem in apex. For those that haven't had the time to check this place out i strongly recommend you do so, and try out the hanger steak when they have it on their menu along with the carrot cake and espresso martini."

"Small, quaint farm to table restaurant. The server was very pleasant and attentive without being burdensome. Must say everything was prepared very well and tasty. The carrot cake was absolutely perfect. Recommend reservations if getting there much past opening."

"I ate at The Provincial on a Thursday evening with friends. We enjoyed craft cocktails & wine. The food was delicious and well-presented. We ate calamari, pork chop, red drum, steak, and tuna tacos. Our server was attentive and clearly addressed the menu options for those that had dietary restrIctions. The restaurant filled up between 6:15-6:45. There is bar seating and limited outdoor tables. I would go there again. The menu changes daily, so keep that in mind so you don’t expect the same items every visit."

"This is my second time dining at The Provincial, both times with a large group of friends and both times very impressed. The menu is always changing from day to day so best to check online if you’re looking for a specific dish. Our group had a great server she was attentive without being intrusive. I really liked the array of appetizers all made fresh and tasty. The drinks were well balanced and delicious. My main dish was the hanger steak with whipped potatoes and roasted carrots. All cooked to perfection and seasoned expertly. I can’t wait for my third visit."
