I even pre-paid the entire order, including delivery, confident they'd handle the occasion flawlessly. However, as the designated delivery time came and went, the only thing delivered was disappointment. No pizza arrived. Calls to Namoli's NY Pizza went unanswered, leaving us scrambling for last-minute alternatives. My child's birthday excitement, meticulously built throughout the morning, dissipated with each passing minute. What was supposed to be a joyous lunch with friends morphed into a stressful hunt for food, all thanks to Namoli's NY Pizza's unreliable service. The most infuriating part was the complete lack of communication and disregard for our confirmed, pre-paid order. They accepted our business, took our money, and then vanished like a forgotten slice in the back of the oven. This wasn't just an inconvenience; it was a major letdown, especially for a child celebrating their birthday with their friends. To Namoli's NY Pizza, a simple plea: don't accept orders you can't deliver, especially on important occasions like birthdays. It's not just about pizzas; it's about trust, communication, and respecting celebrations.
