"Waited for 15 min for food as they served others behind me which had the same order I had . There is currently 3 cars on the side that have already ordered. This is terrible customer service"

"Ordered a family feast at 3:43 they didn't have enough chicken window attendant told me 2 minutes and at 4:17 I talked to the manager and she told me the attendant couldn't have told me 2 minutes at that point she basically called me a liar. She could have told me the actual time and let me decide what I wanted to do. She robbed me of my choice. And I get chicken there often....not anymore"

"They are still getting into a routine. Order from one, pay another, a little confusing on first visit. But sandwiches are FAT, reubens are FANTASTIC, Chicken soup felt like home. Forget the initial confusion, get there, order a sandwich (have a partner to help you eat it.) Try the soup. Great comfort food that will fill you up, and invite you back. My next appt. in that area will leave me CRAVING a GREAT REUBEN! ENJOY FRIENDS!!! I DID!"

"The location got my entire order wrong. I asked for a kids meal chicken wing with fries and a sweet tea large I got a small fry and unsweet tea. Then I ordered 2 4-piece dinners with a large coleslaw and large dirty rice instead of coleslaw, I got mac & cheese and the dirty rice taste like they pour half a pound of salt into it. Then the threw all my kids food into a bag smushed together clearly didn't care"

"Sometimes I come to this place and it's good service. Today (8/30) at 7:50 me and my husband went ordered the food, was told there was no tea, which is fine, things happen.......However my husband's Dr pepper was barely hitting the halfway mark in the cup. The chicken we ordered was dry and seemed to be sitting for a while. On top of this, the customer service was poor, no greeting, nothing. Overall the food was horrible, wish we could get a refund on this. Please hiring people with better customer service skills."
