"Hi! This location is nice but the customer service isn’t the best. I came and purchased some jeans and socks, as I was walking out of the store the sensors went off, and I figured maybe a sensor was left in one of my items. One sweet girl came to help, and out of nowhere another employee named “ Mimi ” rushed towards me and snatched the bag out of my hands as she snatched the bag out of my hand she is like trying to peek inside my bag ?“ telling moved out of the day” I was with my cousins she is looking around my cousin like it was stealing something as well. She walked away with my items and took everything out of my bag like searching like a maniac, as well as saying “I can’t handle this today”. At this point, me and my cousin are frozen processing the whole behavior and feeling very uncomfortable. She finally said it was the pair of socks, she looked annoyed. I don't know if she thought that the two Latina girls were trying to steal but if that were the intention I would have not stuck around. I'm Latina but not a thief. I hope this girl learns from this and never makes any other Latino feel uncomfortable."

"This was my first time going into this store. I was looking to purchase gift cards for my Goddaughters' birthday. They love shopping here. When I went in, no one greeted me. I wasn't too bothered as I probably didn't look like their average customer. The young lady who helped me with my purchase was nice, but not as engaging as I thought (I think I was expecting a "vibe" from the store. I made my purchase and that was it. Nothing more. While I was glad to get it over with, I was just hoping for a better experience that would make me come back not just for a gift card purchase."

"I use to love shopping here (now American Eagle is my #1 store) but then the customer service had began to go down. Whenever I would walk in the store no one would ever say hello or ask if I needed help. So I started shopping online and discovered that having it shipped to the store is free instead of paying for shipping. Today I received an email stating that my order was ready for pickup, it's not always accurate so I called the store and the associate that answered said she couldn't help me and put me on hold. The boy, and I use that term loosely because he answered like it was his personal phone had an attitude and didn't want to look for my order. I will either try shopping at a different location from now on or just stop all together. I only purchase shirts, jackets and joggers from there so it's not too much of a loss to me if I don't continue to shop with them."
