"horrible. absolutely horrible. we waited for 25 minutes just for three chicken minis and biscuit! And then we got it it was literally soggy and gross! Tons of people were just standing there waiting and waiting and waiting for the food. They were forgetting items in people’s orders so ppl were going back having to ask for their missing items. Worst Chick-fil-A ever. Definitely will not be going back there."

"Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A? The most inconvenient thing is the drivethru being one lane for the majority of the drive around, but they move through you quickly. The staff were super nice and helpful. Make sure to check your bags before you leave, we almost didn't get our bottle of Chick-fil-A sauce, the paid for one. I picked up our food, headed to the car, and turned back around to get our drinks when I received a call from them to ensure I wasn't leaving without my drinks. How amazing is this?"

"Not only did they have other employees standing outside in the rain for no reason, they had the nerve to short my large fry. Large fry not medium. Get your employees the right gear if your going to leave them out there in the pouring rain while you're warm and laughing on the inside. Round two and still disappointed. 5/25 again same thing.
