"They didn't tell us till we got to the window that the fries were going to take an extra 3 min. We said that was fine. They told us to pull into a parking space and they would bring it out to us. We waited outside for over 45 min and no one ever brought anything out. There were other cars out there waiting as well. We finally went in and asked where our food was and they asked what we ordered. They finally replied by saying "oh, I got you" and handed us a bag of cold food. Who ever owns this place needs to fire everyone working there."
"Everything, door and Google says they close at 10pm but overhear employee telling people they’re closed at 9pm. Also might want to tell employees AND MANAGER to be more aware of what they’re talking about bc customers can hear them while sitting at table eating. Particularly when they are complaining about customers coming in “at the last minute”, although we got there at 8:30p, and sitting too long. As we left employee locked front door, which if they do close at 9pm is understandable, however customers only know what the signs and google says the hours are."
"First of all, the first thing I asked was if the extra crispy chicken was recently cooked and I was told it was. If it was not fresh, I would’ve ordered original recipe. The EXTRA CRISPY CRISPY chicken was not edible and tasted like it was cooked a week ago. The chicken was so hard that you could not pull the crust apart from the chicken. The chicken was dry and the meat was too tough to eat. One order was for a three piece breast and we only received two pieces, but we were charged for three. I asked for unsweet tea, and they were out of tea, and the biscuit was hard as a rock. You could not pull the bread apart or bite into the biscuit. How can you even mess that up? It must have been cooked last week too! We will not be back!"
"Oh dear our delivered variety bucket of 12 pieces was all dark and 11 pieces. All of them were tiny. I called up and after some back-and-forth the manager seemed genuinely keen to fix the problem. Our compromise was going and picking up some replacement chicken. we stressed we didn’t need a whole bucket just a few pieces. when we got those home they were brittle, dry and had a funky aftertaste. Message received. Photo of Size ratio to the little cleanup wipe. The whole bucket was like that. It was about $25 or more. BS."
