"Drive through staff couldn't handle a three person meal ordered through the mobile app. When brought back in to have them fix the order, the burgers were opened up by multiple people, the sad part was, the same exact burger that was opened up and passed around through at least 3 people was thrown back into the bag, the nuggets were spilled all over the bottom of the bag. Waste of money."
"Asked for Sweet Tea a Large was informed they didn't have Sweet Tea. We then asked for Coke once again we don't have that. We then asked for a Dr. Pepper which was a large. We got to the 1st window and made the comment whats going on no tea the lady said we don't have any CO2. As a pass Shift manager at Starbucks why the heck do you put CO2 in tea... Got to the second window to pick up our order and was handed 3 can 12oz soda of Dr. Pepper, I am sorry I am not paying 40.00 for my families meal and get handed a 12 oz soda and a cup of ice which was a medium cup. I then told the lady its a medium cup she said no, I then opened the can and poured the can into the cup of ice and sure enough its a medium. We avoid going to this McDonald's at all cost usually. They also had us pull up and another 9 cars which I am sure due to their timing. Come on its a corporate food chain and its not hard to please customers."
"Bonnie, Bonnie and Bonnie. What a breath of fresh air!!!! For the first time in a long time, I was actually touched by the amazing customer service. She was patient with our order, asked us all the important questions (like what sauce would you like with your nuggets) and was super kind and personable. Sitting here waiting for our food, I decided that it won't matter if the food was terrible. Bonnie made me smile and that alone will make me come back. Thank you Bonnie for setting off our long trip to the Polar Express off right. You blessed my soul oh so very much."
"cheap employees here are very dirty, a Mc Donald's is the ugliest I've ever seen this place needs to be cleaned non-stop"
"This place is absolutely H O R R I B L E. I am insane because I keep going back expecting it to be different. They ALWAYS mess up the order and I have gotten to the point that I don't use the drive thru because there is always something wrong when we get home. But last night Nov 16 2022 at 705pm was the last straw... We ordered a ten piece nugget meal with fries and a drink, on fish sandwich, add cheese, one spicy chicken sandwich, one bacon quarter. with cheese combo. We waited 25 minutes for our meals. The first thing we noticed was that the nuggets were overcooked. They were not inedible, but hard and the little on was very hungry and didn't want to wait again. Next she said her fries had no salt. She was right. None of the fries had salt. Next the bacon burger had no bacon, but a bite had already been taken. When taking it back to complain she was told a new one would be made it. 25 minutes later a fresh burger was ready. As my partner sat down to eat she realized there was yet again NO BACON! I held off on eating my fish sandwich as the ordeal was taking so long I didn't want my girl to have to eat alone, so I waited. When I opened my sandwich it had about a small spot of cheese. The tarter sauce was more visible than the cheese. Not to mention it was now ice cold. One employee told us to keep the sandwich and she will bring her some bacon. We asked for two fresh sandwiches. When we finally got our food it was obvious that the burger was the same burger and bacon had been added. More cheese had been added to cold fish sandwich none of the fries had salt. As customers began to complain an employee yelled out yeah we don't have any salt and offered a guy salt packets. Another guy wanted to order from the counter and just placing his order took about ten minutes because two employees, one of which I thought was a manager and supervisor, could not figure out how to get this man four happy meals and a shake. When all was said and done we had waited at this store for an hour, threw away fries that were cold and "yucky" according to my daughter, and did not eat together as a family. Out of all of this we were never given an apology or a compensatory treat, instead we given plenty of eye rolls, frustrated sighs, huffs and scoffs. Ridiculous. I blame all of this not on the kids who were working that night, but on poor leadership and training"
