"In the past few years this location has declined in the quality of inventory and definitely customer service. Nevertheless, I still stop in from time to time. On my last visit I requested to speak to the manager to ask a question. She treated me as if I were her child and she was angry with me. I greeted her with a hello when she walked up and received a very stern "Yes!" I thought maybe she didn't hear me so I asked how she was, but the response was the same. I wanted to tell her how rude and even confrontational she came across, but decided not to - in order to avoid a verbal altercation. It helps me better understand why some of the employees don't speak or seem irritated when asked a question. Leadership starts at the top! Hopefully that will change here."

"This store needs to be next to a shop-a-holics anonymous or something. This is such a great store with so much variety and at awesome prices. Love this location. Always find something great. The staff is very nice, but seem short staffed and a bit overworked."

"Stock is limited at this location in my opinion, ex. Bath stuff never changes. The line is always deep with 2 people working the register. I just spent 35 mins in line trying to pay, while watching multiple people walk in and look at line then immediately walk out or leave items and step out of line."
