"The manager whose name is Robin is very rude! I purchased a Coach bag on Thursday, January 25th! Four days later, the fastener comes apart! I took it back to the store and she refused to take it back!"

"Went to exchange a set of earrings I purchased a few hours ago from another tjmaxx because they were too small and I felt like I settled. I was hoping to find a better set or pair here but the selection was not the best so I just wanted a refund. The associate was nice but the manager was nasty saying because I bought the set defective / missing a pair she would not return them in which I had no rideset of 3 .but the stem was already damaged if I move or bend iit it’ll break on top of that. Sharon C is so nasty that she swore they never sell defective or display defective items but this below was in her case ! It wasn’t due it wasn’t discounted and there were other items that were in bad condition in this store . Aldi I have purchased items at multiple tj maxxs that were missing one pair or a little bent and they would not discount nor on occasions did I know it was missing a pair on the pack. So I buy them this store included! I asked for the GMs number and name she refused told me to call the 800 number which I will! I’ll also be getting her direct bosses number and doing multiple reviews, I spend a lot of money in you guys store and how nasty some of your employees are is a shame. I’ll add what I bought but I spent $150 I don’t want to support any of your locations that literally make up things and treat customers like trash ! I also have contacted my bank"

"DO NOT LET YOUR YOUNG ADULTS WORK THERE. As a previous employer when I was in high school I was so excited for my younger 16 year old brother to work there but the manager system especially manger, “Ihab” was very manipulative and not has lighted everyone. As a student with after school projects, they wouldn’t let him take off to the point that he’ll have to call out. His mental health was also not good working there. It’s just ridiculous, school is his priority not this $12 hr job. I repeat do not let your young adults work there."

"I always loved shopping at this location. Staff are always willing to help, and in a decent mood. The store is clean and easy to find items. My only gripe is that it's always hot in the store (maybe it's me lol)"
