"I just shopped at the Chico's in Morrisville. It was such a positive experience mostly due to Laura who was so helpful. Not only did she help me decide on a few items but called other stores to find pants successfully."

"Nice place, friendly ladies (if you are there to buy things). Note to the owners: I understand that this is Chico's clothing store, but the similarity to Chicos (without the apostrophe) could lead to miscommunication. That's like if a man named Guy Handsome owned a women's dress and sundries shop named Handsome Guy's Fashion. Think how many people who walk in there with hopes of looking more handsome. Instead they find that they can only buy things that make them look pretty, and féminine. My advice? Regardless of the owner's name, I suggest that you call this very feminine store by a more féminine name, like "Chica's.""

"I recently received an extra package with my Chico's order. After opening the packages, I realized that part of the orders did not belong to me. The receipt inside was for a customer in Massachusetts (I live in NC). I wanted to do the right thing so I drove to the shopping center (about a 15 mile round trip). Unfortunately, the Chico's clerk was very sarcastic and said she could not help me since order was for White House Black Market (which is a couple of store fronts down). I was happy to walk down to the White House Black Market but the attitude of the Chico's employee was unnecessary. The Chico's I remember prided themselves on friendly customer service and an appreciation for honest customers. Perhaps it is time to find another place to shop. One that appreciates customer's honesty and loyalty."

"I was shopping at the Chicos near Southpoint and had a wonderful experience. The sales people were welcoming and helpful while I shopped. When one of the items I was interested in was not available in my size the sales person offered to call the Morrisville store to see if they had it in stock. Morrisville Chicos had it, so off I went. When I arrived and explained to the salesperson what I was there to pick up she realized that I had been shopping at the outlet store in Durham. (I had no idea there was a difference) She was extraordinarily rude and condescending when telling me I was mistaken that the item was not being held for me there because they don't carry OUTLET merchandise. Now reading the previous reviews I see that I am not the only one that has had a similar experience at the Morrisville Chicos. I will never shop in this store again. EVER."

"Excellent Experience! I've not shopped at Chico's before and definitely will be back. Customer service was excellent. The manager (Wendy) worked with me and was really good at helping me put some outfits together. She explained why a certain style top would work best with each of my two (very different styles) pants that I was buying. Additionally, the pants I bought are so well made and fit perfectly. I've never had pants that fit so well. I've been looking for pants for awhile and now can stop having been to Chico's."
