"One of the worst stores-beautiful dresses.....but the store manager is a complete racist! Although I have shopped at alot of WHBM stores in the past .When, I entered the store manager asked me what was I doing here.( Instead of greeting me) .I said "I need to buy a dress". Then she made an inappropriate comment about my race. All be it I'm dressed in professional business Attire. I will not be Back . There are certainly better stores with better managers. -she is a complete Racist. You would think WHBM would train there team members better. Shame on you!"

Heidi greeted me when I walked in, asked if I was shopping for a specific event, then helped to pull several items that fit my criteria! She helped me get proper sizing to try on and had great input. Checkout was a breeze. From walking in to stepping out, Heidi was an excellent representative of this business."

"This store is a true gem! All of their employees truly care about their customers and make everyone feel so welcome! The manager, Cecilia, is amazing!! Every time that I come in, she's already setting up a fitting room for me because she knows what I like and what will look the best on me! I'm a young adult and I find that when your going to a higher end store, the employees aren't always reluctant to help and they try to make you uncomfortable, but that is so not the case here, I'm always greeted with welcoming arms ! All the employees are truly honest when you're trying on different garments, they really cater to you and make sure that your happy with your shopping experience!
