"I love Ross, but I have to admit this is the dirtiest store I've ever been to (I've been there on numerous occasions, so I can confirm it's not just a one-time situation). The place is like a dump, extremely untidy. The changing area at the back is in terrible shape, and even the new ones at the front are starting to look like the back. They really need to hire staff just to throughly clean and organize the store. Please do better share holders!"

While the place can say a lot about its customer base, it also says a lot about its management. Have not been shopping here in a very long time, and it will be a long time until I return, if ever."
