Was accosted and reprimanded by a customer service associate for not having an appointment (website says it's NOT required to visit the showroom, just recommended if you need help; but you wouldn't know that from the rebuke I got from the sales associate). Left a bad taste in my mouth, especially in light of all the reviews I'd read beforehand saying what stellar customer service they have. Was not my experience."
