"My father (88) wanted to buy 3 toilets plus installation. We bought them and were sent something to schedule the installation. The contracted plumbers went to the store to pickup the purchased toilets and said we never ordered. My father went to the store to speak with them about the order of which they were receiving the order emails. It wasn't in their system. My poor father (as nice a man as you could ever meet was then yelled at) He had never felt so disrespected in his life! He was soooo upset. Needless to say our families will never go back to Lowe's again. You should never treat customers this way! What a horrible way to run a business. They just lost 4 household's business. Hello Home Depot"

"Avoid using Lowe's Installation Services from this store. ***Edit 12/19/2023: I called the number Lowe's left in response to my earlier review. They noted my numerous complaints and when I asked for a refund so that I can have the work done by someone else, they forwarded my call back to Project Installation Services, who we have been dealing with for 9 months. I'm still waiting for the work to be completed and there is no resolution yet. A promised phone call informing us of when our missing brickmould would be delivered never happened. They refuse to refund our money.*** My complaints are too numerous to list here so I'll just summarize. We ordered and paid for a pair of exterior doors and their installation back in March 2023. 9 months later, the installation is incomplete and the work that has been done is shoddy. There is no sense of urgency to get this resolved and no one takes responsibility for this fiasco. In fact, no one even seems to care. Needless to say, I will never trust this Lowe's again and have already told my friends to avoid them. Search "installation" in the Google reviews for this store and see that I am not alone."

"I have always had a great experience at this Lowe's. I was surprised to see Christmas decorations October 1 but they have a great selection of trees and lights. Come get your pumpkins and Halloween decorations and pick up a tree and get your lights for Christmas in one stop! Also they have 12 zombie now. Still never found my 12 foot skeleton!"

"Today I went to Lowe’s on Capital Blvd in Raleigh NC to exchange a door key set, never open in its original package, I was inform that due to past 90 days I could not exchange, I want to purchase a combination door look with a camera, I didn’t want my $ back , I also was going to purchase blinds with installation , because I have the Lowe’s card , I purchased over $8000.00 4 month before. I spoke to the manager on duty and explained my situation, he didn’t care , told me that the store policy was after 90 day NO exchange Beware 90 days No Exchange in case you were not aware. So I told the manager, well you don’t care to lose a customer, he said he was just following corporate orders. I did purchase the new door combination lock , door camera and the blinds over $4000.guess we’re Home Depot down the street. So please be aware!"

"Everytime i make an online purchase and go to the store to pick up, or if I have to return something, the customer service is soooooooo slow. I shouldn't have to wait 20-30 minutes to pick up something ive already purchased. It doesn't matter what time I come, there is always 1 person trying to do 5 peoples jobs and its terrible. I will enroll my business account at home depot and shop there from now on."
