"This was my first time in North Carolina so I had to try the real famous Bojangles. It was really good but it tasted exactly like Popeyes in my opinion. I would definitely eat it again though."

"Good food; it's certainly a fast food fried chicken joint. Biscuits are tasty, definitely recommend getting the honey packets to drizzle on them. Good chicken with a nice crispy crust of batter. The boberry biscuit does not appear to be made with real berries, perhaps the blue dots are an amalgam of berry juice and syrup. The icing on it was a bit sweeter than I wanted and there was too much of it. The staff were nice, and they were patient with me ordering slowly. They didn't skimp, giving me good pieces of chicken."

"I went through the drive through and the girl with long braided hair couldn’t be bothered to talk and had quite an attitude. I ordered 3 tenders and a side. It’s the first time I’ve been to a Bojangles and went though the drive through on my way to get my hair cut in the area. After taking my money, they had me pull forward to where the door at the front was. I pulled up after the car in front of me left. Someone brought the food to the car in front of me instead of passing it through the take out window itself. I waited almost 15 minutes while watching cars behind me leave (they got their food through the window). I can’t imagine that they didn’t have three tenders, so why have me pull forward. That being said, they forgot about me. After close to 15 minutes of waiting (I should’ve gone in sooner…) I went inside and asked where my order was.. a manager handed it to me after someone asked the back where it was. The manager handed it to me…. She’d heard how long I told them I had waited and no one apologized. I don’t like that heavy breading on the chicken. It reminds me of frozen Tyson breaded tenders…They were cold by then and stringy on top of it. The was a measly / stingy amount of mac and cheese that was already cold as well with and layer of greasy oil on the bottom. It was gross. The customer service and attention to detail were completely missing. I wouldn’t go back if someone paid me too. I don’t see what people see in this chain. Just horrible. So many other chicken places around that’s better than this."

"This rude little girl gave me attitude because I let her know that I asked for light ice. She snatched the cup and remade the drink. I was polite to her and said thank you every time she handed me something but she rolled her eyes and remained silent. She saw me trying to get her attention to let her know that she didn’t give me my honey mustard sauce but she ignored me making me wait at the window 5+ minutes while she rolled her eyes and laughed with the others. Now I could understand this behavior a little bit if I was rude, or did something wrong but this wasn’t the case. She handed me the sauce and after telling her thank you and to have a nice day she rolled her eyes and looked away. This was my first visit and I won’t be back. Highly disappointed."
