"Atmosphere is a shell of what it used to be. Feels old inside. Dated. Needs modernization....anyway. The wings were much better than expected even though they weren't well done/extra crispy as requested. None of the spice levels are actually spicy. The different wing flavors are all tasty though. Service was good and attentive. Just when you thought you were gonna wonder where the bartender is, the bartender checks on you. Good overall experience. The southwest egg rolls still slap."

"We have been driving from Cary to this one bypassing closer chilis because of the service. Walked in this past saturday night and saw literally not 1 worker. No hostess, waitstaff, or bartender. After a few minutes. Hostess came and sat us in dining room. Next couple was sat after us. Over the course of next 5-7 minutes we saw a bartender take that couples order, bring them chips, and bring them drinks. In that time we never saw a single waitstaff in the dining room. We heard them in the back talking about anything but work. Another table had drinks when we were sat but obviously annoyed they hadnt been able to order yet. We got up and left telling the hostess on the way out we were leaving due to lack of service. In a wrap up of the situation, she was on her phone scrolling instagram. Whoever the manager was that night shouldnt be the manager. Poor execution. Teenagers need to get the hell off their phones and work when at work. Take the airpods out and put the phones up and provide service to people. Very disappointed."

"My wife and I had great meals topped off by exceptional, fast friendly service by Autumn. She brought each course right as we were ready for it not all at once or spread out too far. She is friendly and fast, she is the reason we would come back to this particular chilis rather than the two closer. She represents Chilis in a great manner!"

"It’s a very good place for dinner. I chose 3 for me, a sweet ice tea that was perfect, the Cilantro-Lime Carne Asada and the Baked Potato Soup were delicious. The server was good despite the limited staff."
