"1/27/24: Sadly we have to drop our 5 star down to a 1. Very disappointed with our second visit. Service was lacking- we weren't greeted or told where to sit (pretty sure it's sit anywhere, but couldn't remember). Brought the family this time. My cheesesteak was not nearly as good. I'm 99% sure they gave me chicken and not beef (hard to tell cause the flavor was really weird). They also messed up my oldest son's cheesesteak that he ordered plain (and it looked like chicken too) so we had to send it back. Then the replacement tasted bad we were afraid to ask for something different. Our drinks ran out and we had to have one of the kids go to the counter for refills. Overall it was just a bad experience. We ended up with a bill for $59 for 4 people. And noone apologized or offered to comp my son's bad meal. The tator tots were good tho. 12/27/23: Food and service were great. I had the philly cheese steak with tater tots, my husband had the Carolina Classic Burger with fries. Fries & tots were nice and crispy. We both enjoyed our sandwiches. Drinks were kept full (they have the nice ice like Chick-fil-a/Sonic). Ladies bathroom was super clean. It was super to cool to see their delivery robot "Rosie" in action. All in all a very good experience and we will be back."
"Terrible service. On a slow Sunday night too. 3 tables in the whole place, a 10 top, a 5 top, and a 2 top w an infant. Our waitress was waiting on a 10 top and after dropping off our drinks she said she would be right back after delivering their food. We never saw her again. From overhearing their conversation in the giant restaurant, apparently someone wanted the Moose Cheese Steak without chicken and one wanted their Chicken Cheese Steak without cheese or something retarded like that. I honestly think that whole family was inbred like the Whites from West Virginia because none of these country bumpkins seemed to remember what they ordered. "Did I get the one with chicken on it? Did yours come with cheese on it? I think mine was 'pposed to have cheese on it. And I didn't want no onions on it neither." Slack-jawed Locust yokels. Seeing that we weren't getting service anytime soon since The Family Circus was exclusively being catered to, we got up and left."
"The food was the perfect combination of comfort and home. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Our waitress, Haley, was extremely friendly, helpful, and personable. I don’t have enough words to express how well the service was!"
"Decided to put a review here after I sent a private email and only received a blanket responses from C. Wiggins. I would have thought leaving my phone number, i would’ve received a call. After reading other reviews, this place is having major issues and it sounds like from the top down is out of touch with what’s going on within the restaurant. My wife and myself came in for dinner. What a mistake that was. The minute we sat down it was one obnoxious comment after another. We were immediately told of a customer that evidently had a bill of almost $100 and left her a penny as a tip. I knew it was not going to be a good night. When it came time to order dessert, I asked for a banana split. Her response was, “Yeah, I dunno about that”, and literally just stood at the table very awkwardly. She went in the back and came right out and said, “we don’t have bananas tonight, what else you want”? The entire evening went like this and we watched other customers just looking at her shaking their heads The most uncomfortable dining experience we’ve had in years and it comes so soon after you open your doors. By the way, throughout the evening you can hear her tell customers, “Who knows when you’ll get your order, managers are back there cooking tonight”. Not sure how true that statement was, and we didn’t care. There’s somethings you don’t want to tell the public"
"Online I saw they had salads, but it wasn’t on the menu at the drive-through . Harbor they said they had salads but there were no cucumbers. . I ordered the shrimp Poboy. It was very salty, and the shrimp were not clean. They had black in the shrimp. I got a root beer float, and that total of $17 I couldn’t even eat it all because it was too salty. That would be my first & Hello my last visit there. I don’t recommend it. Plus, they gave me the container that was loose that nearly fell apart as it was handed to me. I asked for a bag and she said they didn’t have any bags however ,I saw them give the customer in front of me a bag. . they don’t have any for that size meal. They need to get some or to take the container together."
