McDonald's 1878 West Main Street, Locust, NC 28097

"Horrible service, rude and unhelpful, somehow forgot over half of our order even though its all on a fuggin screen and still managed to make the crappiest food ive ever had from a mcdonalds and ive been going to mcdonalds at least 10 times a month for the past 10 years. Worst mcdonalds i would say, even worse than albemarle, at least at albemarle they get my orders right 75% of the time, ive never had a fully correct order from this place in my 13 years of living in this god forsaken county"

"I ordered a hot fudge sundae, how can you mess that up right? I was watching her try to pump the hot fudge over the ice cream and it was obviously empty. I wondered if she was going to ask me to pull forward while she changed it out. Nope, she turns the container so the minuscule fudge was towards me. I said that’s not much hot fudge on the ice cream and she says “we’re out.” No offer to refund me or go to the back and get more. Not wanting to deal with drama I took it. There was dripping ice cream all down the side! It was all over me and no napkin. Needless to say I’m done with that McDonalds."

"The owner needs to immediately intervene into this location. The staff was extremely unfriendly and highly unprofessional!!! The extreme degrading and vulgar language used by staff to another customer/potential friend was NOT appropriate for any work place, let alone while helping customers. The store was unsanitary, condiments were not available, and trash bins were overflowing."

"Completed a mobile order so I could be in and out of the drive thru line. They forgot to include all 3 of my McFlurry’s. Then brought out 2 without the extra toppings I paid extra to include. I had to send them back and request my 3rd McFlurry. Then I had to send my fries back since they became cold for waiting so long. 20min later I finally have all my items. I get home and my McRib has onions and 2 pickles although I ordered NO onions and EXTRA pickles and my fries were burnt! I don’t understand how my whole order was messed up when all someone had to do was read the order and care that people are already over paying for their food, the least they could do is get it right!"

"Every time I come to McDonald's at Locust, I leave happy. Yes, there are some improvements they can make such as having clean tables to dine, but overall the attention to my order is always good. The crew is always pleasant, and the music is good. I can't complaint. Thank you!!"
