"Although we've eaten here many times, today will be the last. You can't see the meat and cheese section any longer which is probably a good thing. The glass over the veg/toppings was filthy. As was the top of the covering over the veg/topping section. Cookie display was dirty and several tables needed to be cleaned. Keep in mind at this point we were the only customers in the store besides one that was already seated. When I commented on the dirty meat slicer the employee said the manager was to clean it before she left but she "forgot". Her words not mine. Lastly about halfway through his sandwich , my husband found a hair. They did reimburse the sandwich but all this together is enough not to return."

"The new menu is somewhat confusing. Either that or the employees were too tied to the menu as written. They struggled with some things like "a flatbread with just cheese" or whether or not sandwiches were supposed to be toasted. Two foot kings and a flatbread with just cheese (plus drinks and chips) came up to just under $50. I miss $5 foot longs...."

"THE MANAGER IS RUDE. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. They were screaming at me and other customers. They were talking rudely to this guy who was talking on the phone. The manager told him why are you here? If you’re just gonna be on your phone. The guy said I’m getting my friend’s order. She said just making me waste my time you don’t even know what you want do me a favor and get out. He told her politely give me your name, I’m going to report you. She said no you can’t because I’m the manager here, who are you going to report it to? They had an attitude with another lady too. They insisted that I wanted a type of sub even though I told them a sweet onion teriyaki footlong. They never gave me a footlong just 2 6 inch subs, never charged as a footlong. I told her it’s a footlong, the manager replied No, you’re getting two 6 inches instead of the footlong. They said I know you said a footlong but I’m still going charging you for it, sorry honey. I thought whatever same thing. Never asked me if I wanted it toasted. So she knew from beginning about the footlong but why did she force me to get two 6 inches."

"I would usually go in between 5 and 9 p.m.. the staff was very unprofessional not washing their hands after changing gloves. They show no pride in preparation of their sandwiches they didn't look palatable the ingredients which are thrown together. They showed no pride sandwich-making and some of them seem to be taking it as a joke and not a job. I went there for a while sandwich makers were good then all of a sudden the closing shift. Very slack and very unprofessional."

"We have not eaten in a subway restaurant in years. Needless to say, the food was not good. However, the employees were very nice."
