"One lady dumped too much sauce, too much cheese and too many veggies and the pizza became very soggy watery and can't even hold it. I wanted to add different veggie topping but that person made it as a disaster. In South end Charlotte blaze pizza is good but here in concord she wasted my money. Pizza is burnt in the back"

"This is the second pizza in two months that I have ordered for pick-up and the order was wrong. Even the receipt says white sauce. Also it clearly looks like the pizza was hurried and most of the ingredients were thrown to one side. Management clearly needs to look at their To-go order process. "Pizza was solid. Great crust, good burn on the crust. Had the white pizza and Hawaiian. Both were good. However, the crew was not the friendliness. The pizza maker was nice, but after that, no one seemed to care about the customer. A smile or hello or a thank for being here would have been nice. While the pie was very good. The customer service wasn't. Probably order pick up next time."
